Built to last, the OG8001/N/RHD is constructed on a strong and robust steel chassis with heavy duty pan supports. Powerful, 7kW burners give chefs more heat to work with. Dual concentric rings provide focused heat distribution, from a low simmer to a high heat, whatever the pan size. A powerful 6kW, large capacity oven with a right hand opening door, easily accommodate 2 x GN1/1 for optimum flexibility.
