Description

The G9181 solid top oven range features a cast iron cooking surface with single bullseye that delivers heat up to a temperature of 450ºC at the centre of the plate, graduating outwards. The bullseye is removable so chefs can direct the powerful 10.3kW burner direct to pan if desired. The oven range is 2/1 gastronorm compatible, with five shelf positions and two shelves supplied as standard. There is a metal to metal door seal which ensures heat is retained where it is needed - in the oven chamber. The oven has a temperature range of 80-280ºC and is easy to light via one touch piezo ignition. This model is supplied on adjustable feet.
