Each tank can be controlled independently, allowing you to deep fry different food types simultaneously and dramatically increase your output. Using advanced heat transfer technology and precision temperature control via two easy-to-use thermostatic dials, the unit heats up your oil quicker and holds its temperature for longer.
By filtering excess oil away through an inclined base, the Opus 800 ensures you'll be serving the crispiest and tastiest fried food every time, no matter how busy you are. The heavy duty unit also drains used oil directly into a container underneath - there's no time wasted trying to find and attach an external drain pipe, and you can empty it at a more convenient time.
