Each drawer can be configured as either a fridge or freezer via the front mounted digital controls, meaning you get vital additional refrigerated or frozen storage at the touch of a button. The unit itself is constructed from robust stainless steel and is mounted on castors, making it both simple to position and clean.

Can this counter accept GN pans of different sizes?
Yes, although each drawer is designed to fit three full size (1/1 )GN pans. The counter can also fit a total of two double size (2/1) GN pans if required.
What's the capacity of each drawer?
Each drawer can accept GN pans up to 150mm deep. That's up to 60 litres of storage across each drawer.
Is the Polar counter fridge/freezer frost-free?
Yes, the Polar will run an automatic defrost cycle every six hours. If required, a manual defrost cycle can be started at any time using the digital control panel.
