The Bradley Smoke Generator is a highly adaptable unit that allows you to retrofit almost any small structure into a smoke house. The Smoke Generator is fabricated from stainless steel, and fulfils the same purpose as the smoke generator which is fitted to the Original Bradley Smoker - advancing the bisquettes onto the heat element at a rate of one every twenty minutes.

The Smoke Generator design is reminiscent of the older models of Bradley Smoker, now superseded. This is of no consequence as the controls are limited to a power on / off switch, and a bisquette advance button, used to position the first bisquette on the burner. Thereafter, bisquettes feed automatically to save you time.

The adapter will require an 11cm hole in the side of your structure, which will also need a vent in the top to create good airflow. The Smoke Generator attaches to the faceplate with two lugs, making it easy to remove the generator for cleaning and storage purposes.

A very cost effective and satisfying way to start smoking your own food - it will be the best you ever eat! Experiment with different flavoured bisquettes and try smoking, not only meat and fish but vegetables, cheese and even butter!

The smoke generator from Bradley uses the standard bisquettes in a variety of flavours, available separately. Full warranty is provided together with an instruction manual.
