Versatile refrigerated countertop servery and prep unit available in 4 lengths. Takes up to 100mm deep gastronorm containers in 1/4 GN size (pans sold separately).
With its huge capacity for up to eight 1/4-size GN pans, the Polar G-Series refrigerated servery unit helps to speed up your food prep and save space.
Powerful and versatile, you can position the servery on any suitably-sized countertop, giving you rapid access to large volumes of ingredients for sandwiches, wraps, salads or pizza. Control is via a front mounted digital panel, whilst cleaning is simple thanks to frost-free static cooling and commercial stainless steel construction. And as each pan can quickly be removed and replaced, it's easy to keep ingredients topped up, so you'll always have plenty - great for those busy lunchtime rushes.
