• Gift cards are delivered as email vouchers and contain instructions to redeem them at our store's checkout.

• Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
• Gift cards are valid for 2 years from that date of purchase
• They can only be redeemed for purchases at the chefswarehouse.co.uk store.

• Please note a gift card is redeemed against the total amount of an order - including delivery charge (if applicable) and VAT.
• If not all its value is redeemed, the remainder can be used on another order(s)
• If the order exceeds the value of the gift card, the additional payment will need to be made by usual payment methods
• If the order, for any reason has to be refunded, value on the gift card will be restored
