Callebaut's NXT DFM-42 milk chocolate callets are made from 100% plant-based ingredients without any trace of milk or dairy. Despite this, they offer the rich indulgence and creamy texture of traditional chocolate. Chufa, derived from the tuber of the Cyperus esculentus plant found in the Mediterranean region and Africa, replaces the milk to maintain the delicious creaminess.

Ideal for vegan, plant-based and dairy-free recipes, Callebaut NXT DFM-42 chocolate is also suitable for those with lactose intolerance and milk allergies.
