Callebaut's NXT DFD-55 dark chocolate callets are made from 100% plant-based ingredients without any trace of milk or dairy. Despite this, they offer the same widely loved taste as Callebaut's finest Belgian chocolate. It is the ideal chocolate to eat pure or to use for mixing and flavouring vegan chocolate mousses, crémeux and gelato. It also has great workability for perfect end results in pastry, desserts and confectionery.

Ideal for vegan, plant-based and dairy-free recipes, Callebaut NXT DFD-55 chocolate is also suitable for those with lactose intolerance and milk allergies.
