Description

Zuma's white hot chocolate might not be chocolate (as we know it), but it's equally satisfying. It's made with a blend of cocoa butter and milk powders - not cocoa solids, which make chocolate brown, so there's no bitterness.

Ingredients - Sugar, Sweet whey powder (MILK), Skimmed MILK powder, Cocoa butter, Glucose syrup, Thickener: carboxy methyl cellulose, Natural flavouring, Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, MILK protein, Salt, Stabiliser: sodium triphosphate. Allergens: see ingredients in bold.
