This means the hob can automatically adjust the temperature to keep to your recipe, whilst also preventing boil overs or burning. More delicate recipes are made easy - simply select the correct cooking programme and let the hob do the rest. And as the hob uses induction cooking technology, the unit uses much less energy than traditional gas or electric hobs.
