This is perfect for removing hot baking trays and cake tins from ovens in a safe way. And thanks to the long 17" elbow-length design, the glove helps to protect the whole forearm - essential when reaching into the depths of a large commercial oven. The mitt is designed to fit either hand, making it ideal for both left and right- handed users.
