Compact and efficient, the Lincat has all the functionality you need - from a generous 3x 1/1GN capacity, to the two-speed bi-directions fans which give you the precision to cook even delicate foods. The oven is specifically designed for busy kitchens and has a electronic timer and buzzer, which also flashes the light in the oven when cooking is completed - great for noisy areas.
