The unit comes with the eco-friendly R290 refrigerant as standard, and it offers 10 shelf positions with a 75mm pitch. The shelves each measure 530 x 325mm in size and are designed to hold gastro 1/1 pans.

Built with a high-quality 304 stainless steel exterior and interior, the XR 35 Xtra blast chiller ensures easy cleaning with no visible screws or dirt traps.
